Only entries submitted following the specified entry mechanics will be deemed valid entries to all incentives highlighted.  

• Eligibility starts at the point of booking confirmation & the deposit being paid.  

• Participants must enter valid names and email address. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disallowed.  

• Entry is free and open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over who submit a valid entry to the competition. Employees of the promoter or provider, all other prize partners, anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition. 

• Staff from tour operators, wholesalers and Online Travel Agents (OTAs) are not eligible for the rewards, with the distinction being made by Inside Travel Group. 

£20,000 Prize provided by Inside Travel Group 

• One (1) winner will be chosen from the UK. 

• The prize is a trip from either Inside Japan or Inside Asia, to the maximum value of £20,000. 

• Minimum booking value to qualify for entry is £2000. 

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

• The prize can only be redeemed and used by the chosen winner.   

• The prize will not include any form of international flights, unless specified as part of the ground arrangements of that trip.  

• The first prize does not include airport transfers within the UK. This will be the responsibility of the winner(s). 

• The trip must be confirmed by 31st February 2027 to travel before 31st December 2027.   

• The winner(s) of the first prize agree to take part in reasonable publicity by entering the competition and will agree to providing digital content in the form of photographs and video from their trip. 

• The winner(s) of this prize agrees to Inside Travel having the full rights to use their likeness and name across public print and digital media, promoting the outcome of this prize. This will commence the moment the winner(s) accept reciept of the prize and will end 3 years from the date 31st December 2027 

• It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary travel insurance, vaccinations or applicable visas for their trip. No responsibility will be taken if the winner/s are unable to travel due to insufficient documentation or failure to follow the agreed upon itinerary produced for the winner(s) by Inside Travel Group. 

• Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel. 

• Any costs incurred from changes post booking, such as a name change or other amends, are the winner’s responsibility to pay. 

• Any costs beyond the £20,000 maximum prize value, relating to bookings and arrangements for this trip, will be the winner’s responsibility to pay. 

• The winner is responsible for getting to any departure points (for flights etc), in time for security checks and the check-in procedures on the day of departure. Travel costs to airports are at the winner’s own expense. 

• In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Provider, they reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time and without notice. This also applies to any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation, or if travel would be contrary to UK Foreign Office advice, or if circumstances arise outside of its control that prevent the implementation of the prize. 

• Prizes can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Inside Travel Group.  

 
Free small group tour places to Japan 

• There are only ten (10) available places for travel agents/advisors globally. 

• Available places can be redeemed both by those making the bookings as well as for agents claiming an extra place (if they meet the booking criteria). 

• Eligible spaces can only be claimed by agents meeting this booking criteria: 

• Booked 7 pax total onto small group tours with either InsideJapan Tours or InsideAsia Tours, within the competition window. 

• Eligible spaces for an extra place, or in upgrading their tour level from ‘essential’ to ‘classic’ ,can be claimed by agents meeting this booking criteria: 

• Booked 10 pax total onto small group tours with either InsideJapan Tours or InsideAsia Tours, within the competition window. 

• Claiming one of these options, reduces the remaining available places by one 

• Only small group tour bookings count towards the booking criteria. 

• Private small group tours, that are not accessible to anyone else in any market, do not count towards the booking criteria. 

• The competition window is Jan 1st 2026 to December 10th 2026 

• Only Small Group Tour bookings made within the competition window are counted.  

• Cancellations of small group tour bookings, made by those claiming eligible places, both during and outside of the competition window, will revert the eligibility of those claiming the places, even if those eligible for a place have already claimed the place. 

• If all ten (10) places have been claimed before the end of the competition window, no more entrants will be counted for both types of eligible space, indicated as available to claim within the booking window, even if the booking criteria has been met.  

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

• The prize can only be redeemed and used by the chosen winner. 

• The prize winner must be present on the small group tour. 

• If the prize winner is eligible for claiming a second place for booking 10pax, the person they choose to join them, must be able to join the same InsideJapan tour that the prize winner has chosen to attend.

Choosing winners 

The winners of the £20,000 prize trip will be chosen at random from those participants whose entries have booked a client onto a trip that matches eligibility criteria with InsideJapan Tours or InsideAsia Tours between 1st January 2026 and – 10th December, 2026.  

Those claiming a free InsideJapan small group tour place, must have booked at minimum 7 pax total onto small group tours within the competition window. This extends up to two free places if the claimant has booked 10pax onto small group tours within the competition window. However claiming a place is only possible if there are enough remaining eligible places left to be claimed.  
 
Entrants must also have attended at least one (1) webinar ran by the UK Trade team and that was publicly available to all travel agents irrespective of the agency they work for (i.e not a private webinar or in-person training run for a specific agency). 

Winner(s) will be contacted by email and details will be provided via email on how to claim and book the prize. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. The winner must confirm acceptance in writing of the prize and these terms and conditions within 15 calendar days of being contacted by Inside Travel Group. If the prize is not claimed within 15 calendar days, an alternative winner will be selected.  

If for any reason a winner drops out of the prize due to health or personal reasons, Inside Travel Group has the right to select another winner at its discretion. The Promoter and Provider do not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to accept the prize. 

Inside Travel Group accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash. 

Inside Travel Group and any associated party accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss and whether or not arising from any person's negligence) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case such liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law). 

Inside Travel Group are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this promotion. 

Inside Travel Group will only use entrants’ personal data for direct marketing purposes where consent has been provided via the opt-in check boxes provided in keeping with GDPR regulations.  This includes communications containing news, offers and information. We may also share your personal information, if opt in consent has been given, with third parties, to help manage our business and deliver services. These third parties may include service providers, who perform functions on our behalf such as sending emails, analysis of data, providing marketing assistance. Personal data may be transferred and processed outside of the EU and EEA. You have the right to ask us for more information about the safeguards put in place for transfer of data. You have the right to opt-out at any time, by following the links in the communications to you. 

Inside Travel Group will collect contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the Provider in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages only where consent has been granted.  

The prize must be taken as stated within the competition terms and conditions and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. 

Inside Travel Group are based in the UK and the competition will be delivered under the terms of the UK’s laws and regulations.
